Seed Balls: A Ray of Hope for Nature

Through our collaboration with ecording, we bring thousands of seeds to nature. The production of seed balls is primarily carried out by women living in rural areas who are economically and socially affected by the climate crisis. This initiative not only supports nature but also empowers women.

• The production process takes 3 hours, preparing each seed ball for its journey back to nature.

• 7 female workers gain a sustainable source of income through this initiative.

• 1,000 seed balls are introduced to the soil to help restore ecological balance.

ecoDrones: An Innovative Solution

In addition to traditional methods, we utilize technology to support environmental sustainability. ecording’s unmanned aerial vehicles, ecoDrones, transport seed balls to hard-to-reach areas, bringing new life to nature.

• ecoDrones travel over 14.4 km, ensuring seeds reach the most suitable areas.

• With 2 flights and 2 missions, seed balls are effectively distributed.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

At Factory of Us, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our projects with ecording play a significant role in reducing carbon emissions. For example:

• Prevented carbon emissions equivalent to 3 billion TB of cloud storage for one year.

• Avoided emissions equal to 6 years of electricity consumption of an office.

• Offset carbon emissions comparable to a plane circling the Earth once.
