As we conclude the Women in Technology Entrepreneurship Academy organized by ÜNLÜ & Co and the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK), we are grateful for a journey filled with inspiring conversations, valuable connections, and fresh perspectives.

One of the delightful details that caught our attention throughout the program was how perfectly Şebnem Hanım’s elegant outfit complemented the colors of our Guru Armchair. Seeing design naturally become part of people’s lives when placed in the right environment with the right audience was truly rewarding.

Today, the Guru Armchair continues to welcome visitors at the ÜNLÜ & Co Maslak office. Made from 65% recycled PET bottle waste, it reflects Factory of Us’ commitment to circular manufacturing and responsible design.

However, this journey is about much more than creating sustainable products. Throughout the academy, the feedback we received reinforced the belief that our technology and manufacturing model have significant scalability potential. Investors and industry professionals recognized that our approach—transforming waste into high-value design products—creates not only environmental impact but also a new generation of manufacturing capable of growing on a global scale.

We believe sustainability is not a cost burden, but one of the greatest economic opportunities of the future. By bringing together design, technology, and the circular economy, our goal is to build a company that creates lasting value for both the planet and investors.
